Pelletizing

The pelleting unit can control many processes, such as preparation, hygiene, pelletizing, double pelletizing, expansion, and extrusion. As part of the automation of the pellet press control, production parameters can be used for each specific product to be produced. In this way, the customer can produce the product as efficiently and effectively as possible with both cold and hot starts.

Records of all process data, e.g. temperature, amplifiers, outputs, etc., are stored for offline processing.
