Intake

    Raw materials can be received via multiple entry points, such as: truck tipping, compressed air, liquid form, and bag. With the recording screen, all expected receipts can be entered in advance. Upon arrival of a raw material, the correct receipt can be selected with one or more destination points. After that, the transport will be automatically routed to the selected point, which will be checked for capacity, availability, and material type.

    Upon receipt, the following data can be entered into the system:

    • Code A Material + name
    • Supplier + GMP code
    • Transport company, driver, license plate number
    • Contract details
    • Expected quantity
    • etc
