Production tasks will be performed in the order specified by the operator, in relation to the contamination table (where applicable).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dosing parameters:<\/strong><br>The dosing parameters can be set per raw material and per silo. In addition, the automation system ensures maximum efficiency with on-the-fly corrections of values and dosing speed of the materials to be mixed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Compositions:<\/strong><br>Compositions can be created locally or directly from special nutrition software provided by specialized companies. Values related to the production process (mixing time, operating temperatures, etc.) can also be added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stock control:<\/strong><br>After each receipt and dosing, the stock of raw material storage units is updated. When a batch is completed in the Milling and Mixing department, the destination silo inventory is also updated. This can be either a press or extruder waiting silo or a finished product silo. Transfer from the grinding unit to the production unit is carried out by internal work order with recording of the completion report for each individual task.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Management:<\/strong><br>The software retains all production parameters, batch numbers, and LOT numbers after each job.
